Vastu

Vastu Shastra is the Indian tradition of arranging a space by direction and use. Sunandha goes through your layout with you and suggests practical changes, starting with the ones that need no building work.

Consultations for clients in the UAE and India

What a Vastu consultation looks at

The entrance
Where people arrive, and which direction the main door faces.
The nine zones
The eight directions and the centre, and what each room is used for.
The five elements
Fire, water, earth, air and space, and where each sits in your layout.
Everyday changes
Furniture, colour, storage and light: changes you can make yourself.

Questions

Will I have to demolish or rebuild anything?

No. Sunandha starts with how rooms are used and arranged. Anything that involves structure, wiring, gas or plumbing should be checked by a qualified professional before it is done.

Do I need a floor plan?

It helps. If you don't have one, say so in your enquiry and Sunandha will tell you what she needs instead.

Can Vastu guarantee results?

No. Vastu is a traditional practice. A consultation gives you a considered view of your space, not a promise about health, money or relationships.
